The September 4 show featured Executive Chef Bernard Guillas from the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, La Jolla, California – one of our featured chefs at the 2017 Wine & Food Festival. Guillas has published several cookbooks which have received IACP awards, has been a guest chef at the James Beard House in New York City several times, and has been widely acclaimed for his culinary talents and is passion for his philanthropic causes.
